[Known] No hitpoint bars over mobs in Tenebris

2.100% in instance of Tenebris I was in
3. Hard to fight as hp bars not showing and targeted mobs hp not updating. 80%
4. Hit point bars not showing above mobs (and yes Ive tried turning names on and off)
Hp bars Showing for friend in same zone. I tried reloading but it didnt fix.
Went to another zone and it was working fine there for me
Went back to Tenebris and it wasnt working agin but still fine for friend in there
Left to novia, left party and gone in own instance and its all fixed again

So to recap its bugged for 1 person in the instance, and its instance specific so only getting in a new instance of the zone will fix it.

No idea how to repoduce - we both logged out in Tenebris for the patch, logged in , partied up I then left and joined friends instance and it was bugged for me.
