Title: Ornate gustball field boundry is catching the gustball

Details: @Bambino and I were practicing and noticed a lot of areas where the gustball won't pass the edge of the field. Many places on the exterior "out of bounds" line are stopping it. If you look at the field, there is a lip that is catching it.

This is not a 100% thing, even on the same spot. It will hang up the ball for a while, then a little while later in the same post the ball will go past it.

I think this was reported and supposedly fixed before, which is why I'm re-reporting.

Also, the same problem doesn't exist on the crafted field, so if you just lower the lip it should be done.

Steps to Reproduce: Blow the gustball around on edge of the gustball field.
