    Details: Overland Encounters Spawn Camping Folks. They seem to have been avoided and are no longer moving on overland map and congregating around Aerie, unsure if in other placfes as ewll
    Steps to Reproduce: Play game in multiplayer and observe congregation with no movement of the new random encounters
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.498.Date.10.28.16

    Also note that moving by these encounters they dont engage ..its like their timer ran out for moving and engaging.
