    Reproduction Rate: 3 times so far
    Blocker? no
    Details: try to engage with a random encounter, bandit encounter on the road.
    He just keeps walking past me / leashing back and forth.

    Steps to Reproduce: try to engage bandit encounter at my location in the bug report.
