[Known] Placed Items With Magical Dyes Show No Effect

    1. Title: Placed Items With Magical Dyes Show No Effect
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The cloth helms have been used to display dyes for months. After Release 53 they no longer display their Magical properties.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Hangin' out
    6. User Specs: Playing on both Fantastic and Beautiful this happens.

    Details: We have placed cloaks dyed with the specialty dyes on the walls. If I move the cloak, the effects will only show up for me. If another person moves the cloaks, the same thing - he can see the effects, but no one else can. If we leave the basement and come back - the effects are gone again. Needs a fix please!

    This is happening in both the Town Stone and Timber 5-story basement and the Town Arena. Happening with ALL specialty dyes as stated by @Alleine Dragonfyre .

    Steps to Reproduce: Dye a cloak with sparkle dye for example. Place it. Leave. Come back - no effects!

    Hmm, not sure how it can be fixed when there was no patch. On my part, the dyed cloaks are still not showing any effects.

    @Fionwyn Wyldemane I'm sorry it's still not working for you. it works if I re-drop the item.

    EDIT: If I re-drop the item it has the effect but when I zone or log out/in it no longer has the effect. @Lexie
