Title: POT NPC Merchants don't respond to alt-double click

Details: I've visisted a couple of POTs now and tried to see if the alt-double click works with them, it doesn't seem to. The new way of interacting with NPCs town merchants works with them, but if you use the same method in the POT, noting seems to happen. Even the normal conversation window doesn't appear.
Steps to Reproduce:
- go to a POT
- find one of the merchant vendors (weapon,deco, armor, etc), not a player vendor
- use alt-double click to interact with the vendor
- nothing should happen (no conversation window nor a buy/sell window appears, nor do you path to the vendor)
- if you double click the vendor (no alt-key), you get the conversation window appearing on the screen
