[Known] Quest line rewards not working

Updating my own feedback on the bug - I logged in right after the server maintenance patch and got my 100K XP

I could not finish the love quest today.
When I say Heart or Click on the response the window closes.
Also saying Ring to Samuel either closes the chat window or he says he does not want to talk about that now, Currently my journal says I should talk to him about the ring.

I also did not get the Heart or the XP.

Not sure that I would call this fixed yet.

This thread is about quest rewards not actually being rewarded. You haven't gotten that far yet. Samuel often says to talk to him about things he won't talk to you about. Same with the quest journal. There are others you need to talk in that location, as well as making sure you go through all the conversation options with Samuel.

 

So where do I post things like:
1. Killed Min Liang in Tower of Shuttered Eye.
2. Keystone is in my inventory.
3. Journal stuck on "Enter the Tower of the Shuttered Eye" and meet Min Liang.
4. Kill him over and over and over again. he drops 434 gold when I kill him though...
5. repeat and make 130,000 gold per hour...

Guess this is my end reward?

You can ignore the quest objective. There's another item you need to grab near the beginning, and then head back to the city of Ardoris and let the right people know what's happened.
