I have a task "Travel to Solace Bridge" this quest is described as [ I met once again with Arabella, who asked me to see her friend, Edvard the Wanderer, in the village of Solace Bridge to help investigate what is causing the undead to attack many villages in the area.Solace Bridge is quite nerby, to the northeast of Soltown.]

I went to Solace Bridge and talked to Edvard the Wanderer. He mentions eastreach gap. Then he mentions the Shogun in western Ardoris. But no new task is added to my task list. And the task I am working on remains in the journal like it is not finished.

I have attempted these keywords with Edvard the Wanderer.

[7/25/2017 10:10:49 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (talking to himself) Hrm, this is not going to be a very happy song, I fear.
[7/25/2017 10:11:15 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Welcome back, avatar! I am pleased you were able to make it to Soltown and deliver my notes to good Stanley. The undead have spread out here a bit but I am able to keep my distance. That covers what has happened since we last spoke, I believe.
    [7/25/2017 10:11:15 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:11:20 AM] Kelly O'Shay: undead
[7/25/2017 10:11:20 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) The undead are not common to this region. Why they should come from the Eastreach Gap is beyond my understanding.
    [7/25/2017 10:11:20 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:11:36 AM] Kelly O'Shay: Eastreach Gap
[7/25/2017 10:11:37 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Eastreach Gap is a fell place, far to the north. The undead have blocked the pass for many an age. And now they are on the move.
    [7/25/2017 10:11:37 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:11:44 AM] Kelly O'Shay: farewell
[7/25/2017 10:11:45 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) And to you a good day!
    [7/25/2017 10:11:45 AM]

[7/25/2017 10:13:14 AM] Kelly O'Shay: keep my distance
[7/25/2017 10:13:15 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Part of my training in the bardic arts is the knowledge of how to avoid uncomfortable situations. I do believe this qualifies.
    [7/25/2017 10:13:15 AM]
[7/25/2017 10:13:26 AM] Kelly O'Shay: why are the undead attacking?
[7/25/2017 10:13:27 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) The undead are not common to this region. Why they should come from the Eastreach Gap is beyond my understanding.
    [7/25/2017 10:13:27 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:13:34 AM] Kelly O'Shay: Eastreach Gap
[7/25/2017 10:13:34 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Eastreach Gap is a fell place, far to the north. The undead have blocked the pass for many an age. And now they are on the move.

    [7/25/2017 10:13:48 AM] Kelly O'Shay: notes
[7/25/2017 10:13:49 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) I'm sorry, on that subject I know not.
    [7/25/2017 10:13:49 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:13:55 AM] Kelly O'Shay: Stanley
[7/25/2017 10:13:55 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Stanley is a good sort! Dependable, older, knows which end of the spear to stick at things. He will know what to do about this mess of things, I think.
    [7/25/2017 10:13:55 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:14:02 AM] Kelly O'Shay: Soltown
[7/25/2017 10:14:02 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Soltown is a sleepy little hamlet a few miles south of here. It should be safe for the moment, and in fact if anyone survived this massacre I suspect you will find them there. Along with hopefully an answer or two. And possibly a mystery. And definitely ale.

    [7/25/2017 10:14:12 AM] Kelly O'Shay: massacre
[7/25/2017 10:14:13 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Yes, it is a terribly tragic tale. The undead flowing out of the Eastreach Gap, flowing like a poison river to be met by the flower of Ardoris' might, all ending in tragedy. I am composing an epic poem about it which, in performance, should be merely six hours long.
    [7/25/2017 10:14:13 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:14:28 AM] Kelly O'Shay: six hours
[7/25/2017 10:14:29 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) There are many heroes of the Bridge to chronicle, friend. All of them must be remembered!
    [7/25/2017 10:14:29 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:14:34 AM] Kelly O'Shay: poem
[7/25/2017 10:14:34 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) No, it is nowhere near finished yet and I NEVER perform my work while still in its formative stages.
    [7/25/2017 10:14:34 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:14:39 AM] Kelly O'Shay: work
[7/25/2017 10:14:39 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Ardoris, the City of Love... or it would be if their rulers would ever speak with one another. Ardoris is south along the road. I suggest you contact the Shogun in western Ardoris once you arrive, for he may help you on your quest... and besides, we don't really understand what has happened here.. the Shogun should know!
    [7/25/2017 10:14:39 AM]
    [7/25/2017 10:14:59 AM] Kelly O'Shay: Ardoris
[7/25/2017 10:15:00 AM] Edvard the Wanderer: (to you) Ardoris, the City of Love... or it would be if their rulers would ever speak with one another. Ardoris is south along the road. Since I have used all of the highlighted keywords and there is not progress on the quest task, I think it is bugged.

@Kelly O'Shay the kind of quest reporting you just did is excellent. It really helps us understand where you are at with the quest and what you have tried to progress. Thank you so much.

That is the dialog from Edvard in Solace Bridge that you get if you are already on or have completed the Path of Love quest line.

Sounds logical. But, if that is true there is still a bug. The task "go back to solace bridge and talk to edvard the wanderer" in the journal should be removed if it no longer a task needed for the questline. Perhaps it should be removed from the "task" portion of the journal and replaced in the "summary" portion of the journal saying that there is no need to go see edvard the wanderer in solace bridge any more.
