    Details: Speaking to Sivas Fel in Ardoris indicates he had something to give you from Min. No other indication that you were given anything, and nothing appears in your inventory.

    Steps to Reproduce: Speak to Sivas in Ardoris.

    You should only get the Necropolis keystone from Sivas Fel if you had killed Min Liang Tan before Necropolis required one for entry.
