[Known] Skills keep charging without holding them down.

    Title: Skills keep charging without holding them down.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Not really, but can be at times
    Details: This has been something that has been an issue for a while, but I've finally figured out how to replicate it 100% of the time. Skills keep charging even when you let go of them in combat.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Go into combat and start charging a skill
    2. Hold Shift down right after you start charging your skill
    3. Press the number of a grayed out glyph on your utility bar while the skill is charging
    4. Let go of everything
    4. Watch skill still charge without hands on your keyboard
