    1. Title: No Buff from completing Drunken Ritualist
    2. Reproduction Rate: 1/1 so far
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: Received quest to get 2 troll toe nails, gathered item handed them in to ritualist, he told me to stand in the ritual area. I did no buff received.
