    Title: Typo when requesting Telt for 'passage' in Eastreach Gap, offers to spend the gold himself....

    Details: Typo when requesting Telt for 'passage' in Eastreach Gap, offers to spend the gold himself...., should read: "Would you like to spend 1500 gold to quickly..." (Need to remove the 'me' part)
    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Log in
    2. travel to Eastreach gap
    3. Open dialog with Telt at Loc: (-366.1, 108.4, -72.4)
    4. Mention 'passage" and notice the typo
