Title: Unable to Heal to Full Health

Details:
Occasionally (every few hours) my character gets into this state where I cannot heal to 100%. Right now I am 324 / 481 health and I cannot get my health bar filled.

Skills I am using in case that helps:
- Strength of Earth
- Inner Strength
- Thrust
- Resposte
- Whirling Blades
- Rend
- Coup de Grace
- Deflect
- Glancing Blow
- Healing Touch
- Healing Ray
- Rabbit Stew

No fancy decks with unlocked slots, no combined glyphs.

It will clear itself when you change scenes or if you log out and back in. But that is so annoying!

Also reported in the past. Just keep playing and it will happen.

Did a little research... Maybe related to Inner Strength? After zoning out and back into a scene to fix it, Strength of Earth boosted my health to 481. Remember I was stuck at 324 / 481 health. Casting Inner Strength boosted me to 512 health. But when I was stuck, casting Inner Strength or Strength of Earth did not boost me past 481.

So perhaps something is breaking Inner Strength? Or Inner Strength has a problem? Just a guess.

 

@Smegnite, this is a long-standing bug and is actually just confirmed fixed yesterday for the R54 release.
