Title: Wall Signs not Working as Intended on Some Housing
Reproduction Rate: Tested on a Wall and Plaster Inn and saw one on a Founder's Lord

Details: In R52 my "Fancy Wood Inn Wall Sign" functioned correctly. In R53 it does not display a name, and when you get within use distance it only shows the item statistics. Double clicking does not allow you to write on it. The hanging and standing signs both work fine on the lot. All 3 signs from the pack (and probably player made ones) do not function. They DO work fine on a Row house. I've also seen a Founder's Lord house (might have the name wrong) that the name would only show when you were 2/3rds up the sign. It seems like the "hit box" for giving it a title and reading it is moved on these larger houses. . . I've had two other players verify the name problem with those two specific houses (verified no name on the inn and no name on the other house until 2/3rds up the sign).

Steps to Reproduce: Hang a Wall Sign (from the sign pack [wood, brass, or metal]) on the wall, any wall inside or out on a Wood and Plaster Inn. Attempt to rename it or even read its name.

Cursor didn't take on screenshot, but that box is all you get within anywhere on the sign. Cursor is Yellow instead of Green. This is the Inn.


This is the Lord Home of some sort. No cursor again, but it is just above the triangle on the sign. At that point it turns green and gives a name. Anywhere lower on the sign is a yellow cursor with the detail box like above.
