[Known]Whole New You Procedual Error

    The whole New You charges you before you change your look. I did not change my look at all I went in looking for an npc hairstyle I wanted and found it was not available. So now I'm out 5 COTOs and have nothing new at all. It should not charge until a player commits to changes, since there is no way to preview what hairstyles are new.

    Thanks guys, I figured it would be fixed by the next release, call me naïve that I didn't really think they wanted to take real money and not give anything in return which is wrong on so many levels. So I assumed it not working now would be a new bug, as in they forgot to fix or there fix didn't work. My mistake.

    This is part of known feedback reports since this system was first implemented, and has an open improvement ticket for review to address the concerns presented. ID: 51366
