    Title: "You can cast powerful magic" but its not on hotbar
    Reproduction Rate:Once
    Blocker?No
    Details:First fight on the bridge, Blood River Massacre, the text in chat says to press 2 to throw fire arrow, but the only thing available is Searing Ray in slot 1.
    Steps to Reproduce: Do Blood River Massacre. Look at chat window when starting fight.
