Looking for House Deco and Crafting mats

Hi,
I just started in release 12 so I haven't figured out where to find some to the kool Deco Items that I see other people have at their houses, maybe some of you could help me out.
I cant seem to find any pine trees and I need the pitch to make redwood anyone know where they are?
Also the nice fountains I see in yards and the large anhs and the Skeles with wings. So if anyone would let me know where to find them I would be greatful.

Hi and welcome Phelan. I'm not sure how you get pitch. But regarding decorations you can crafts some but also you can buy some. Just got to Owlshead. When you first get into Owlshead you will see the NPC's that sell lots/deeds and decorations etc. Some of the ingredients are produced when you make something else, like fat. Also some ingredients can be bought from the crafting vendor located by the tents and crafting tables.

Near the moongate in Owl's Head there are Npc-Vendors sell Deco.
majoria was quicker.

I have found those venders but the items I listed are not for sale on those venders or any other vender that I have found to date. I have checked in Kingsport and the starting town as well. As for the pitch I just need to find where the pine trees are located all I seem to find are maple ones.

Pine and maple becomes you are from the trees, also tree bark.

 

The winged skeletons are metronomes, can get at decoration vendors i believe. And the cool looking bone thrones is out of the chest next to one of the sewer liches.

 

Pine and maple are harvested from the same trees with red leaves. Maple drops 95% of the time, while pine being more rare of the two, drops about 5%. I have harvested about 300 maple, vs 14 pine wood.
The Metronomes are in one the treasure chest hidden in the realm, sorry I do not recall which one. When ever we start on the mainland, I'll jot down the chest location and contents as I find them. This time I find what I need and forget.

Found from deco vendor in Owl's Head, I think cost 2000 gold.

 

A note on the fountain, it's huge. I have a Tall stone keep on a Village plot. I bought a fountain after I placed the Keep. Fountain is too large to place outside, and way to large for inside.

 

oh no, sounds like you need a sizometer, well not that there is one, but a tool. I'm sorry that happened. I'm sure you had an awesome plan for your fountain.

 

i have same building .. fountain fits on ground floor or the roof but doesnt leave much room
(i loved it so much i have it on my ground floor, im in holtrot if you want to peek)

 

My keep is in Holtrot as well. Yes it does fit on those floors, but that's all that fits.

 

ok thanks, I checked the 3 deco venders next to the one sells house deeds in owls head but didn't find, could you tell me where exactly that vender is that has the fountain plz? BTW I have a town lot and a founder house I think it will fit outside fine.

I have seen a vendor in Kingsport selling fountains. Not sure if he still does. I think it was the dockworker.

 

Most of my decorative items come from Vendor Shops.
I visit them all and pick up what is not pasted to the walls or tables

So, you can get baskets, full vials, candles and so on...
