Lost Vale - Grand Artificer memory fragment bug

Hey there,

Just writing about this bug I have encountered within the lost Vale.
I've done the three Lost Vale rooms and got only two memory fragments.

The Grand Artificer memory fragment is not been given to me at all. Upon talking to the spirit guarding the door I get this message:



I was in a full group with 7 other people and they all got it.

We did the Grand Artificer again just to make sure and I still didn't get it and all my team mate from the party got a second memory fragment. WTH?...

Can you please help me with this?

Is there a fix for this?

 

Little bump for this thread...
I'd really like to be able to complete the Lost Vale quests like everyone else, can someone please help?...

 

Okay found a fix for this bug:

Destroy all the memory fragments previously collected and try to do all the missions again, you should be able to re-collect every memory fragments again.

Thanks to the group I was partied with who suggested that idea that worked to fix the bug.
