Size comparison between all lots obtainable in-game (excluding pledge-exclusives)
    10p = 1m²

    Row: 10x15m (150m²)
    Village: 20x30m (600m²)
    Town: 30x40m (1200m²)
    City: 40x60m (2400m²)

It appears there are errors in your image. Aside from the Village lot being 4x the area of the Row lot, each step up in lot size doubles the area available.

The differences are more accurately presented in the OP.

    To describe the differences non-visually:
Row to Village = 2 row lots wide by 2 row lots tall
Village to Town = 2 village lots rotated 90 degrees and stacked
Town to City = 2 town lots rotated 90 degrees and stacked
City to Keep = 2 city lots rotated 90 degrees and stacked
Keep to Castle = 2 keep lots rotated 90 degrees and stacked

    In units:
    Row lot = 10 wide x 15 tall = 150 sq. units
    Village lot = 20 wide x 30 tall = 600 sq. units
    Town lot = 30 wide x 40 tall = 1200 sq. units
    City lot = 40 wide x 60 tall = 2400 sq. units
    Keep lot = 60 wide x 80 tall = 4800 sq. units
    Castle lot = 80 wide x 120 tall = 9600 sq. units

So in your image above the village lot is the correct width but is too tall. The error in your village lot appears to be about 5 units too tall and then the town and city lots also appear to be out by an additional 5 units each, so your town is 10 units too tall and your city lot is out by 15 units.
