Magic/Elemental Resistances from attunment/gear/potions are not working

Specifically tested with the Sacrifice and meteor Swarm spells. Sacrifice is easy to see as it does consistant life damage.

Celestial blessing gives +20 life and moonr esistance and it appear sto work fine

+20, +15 resistances from warding gems applied do not work.

Life attunment offers no life resistance whatsoever, Moon attunment seems to offer very little if any moon resistance.

Below are the results of a test done by standing in a total of 30 Meteor swarm spells.

the "Control" test is with my base 50 moon attunment. One set of 10 casts was done with +50 for a total of 100 moon attunment (on me, the victim in order to se eif i resist) and another test was done with celestial blessing active, and base 50 moon attunment.
