Many NPC vendors in Resolute of type "Merchant"

    1. Title: Many NPC vendors in Resolute of type "Merchant"
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: While they all have proper names, many of the merchants in Resolute read as just "Merchant" before you learn there name, rather then the more specific "Farmer" or "Fishmonger" we see elsewhere. It makes Resolute seem slightly incomplete. (note: unlike my last similar report, Lum's list says resolute's NPCs are finished)
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to Resolute, see any of the vendors in the plaza. I also have a list here: https://www.sotadb.info/city/Resolute
