Melting Down for Store Credit for R29: 3 windows

Any idea why newly purchased add-on items are not being delivered in game? I know the R29 new stuff isn't but I picked a few old items to test with no luck.

I'm missing a newly purchased basement. It shows as "claimed in game" but I don't have it in my bank or on my person, eep!

 

We will investigate. Meanwhile please report as bugs in bug forums with as much specifics as possible, especially the name of item purchased and exact sequence of events.

There may be a conflict between the two claiming systems where on QA it's done through the in game bank and on live it is still the "on login" and this may prevent receiving any new add on purchases until we push R29 live but that is just a theory.

 

Thread about this missing add on business here in the bug forum, for those of you who want to add their specifics.

I upgraded to Duke a little under 12 hours ago now and my deeds and such still haven't come through.

is there a way to melt down more than 1 item at a time? I have over 100 items! this is taking forever?

ok I melted down a ton of stuff on main account.
went and bought several thousand in store credits with it
sent the store credits as gifts to my other account to be used for pledge upgrade
I accepted all the gifts last night before I went to bed
But still no store credits showing up in my account
have logged in and out of the game server and any thing else I could think of
Any ideas on how to find them so I can upgrade my pledge?
It has been at least 8 hours since I accepted the gifted store credits
All of the gifts sent to my alt account are showing up as accepted, but no store credits in my profile page?

 

The account you gifted them to should have them as addons and you have to melt them still to get the credits

 

Ahhh very interesting, I saw them there but was afraid to mess with them you are amazing my friend!

 

Sorry I am a tad late to the wipe schedule - will we still be able to gift or melt add-ons in our account post R29? or even after game has launched?

 

As long as you don't login to the game now you can do it still.

 

There will be one more wipe, the one in July that heralds in the beginning of persistence. BUT, if the game is persistent, you can always just give them the item in game.

 

@DarkStarr addressed the missing items issue..

 

Mine showed up yesterday when I logged in. It looks like they had to reset something since all of my rewards were duplicated (including addons). That was pretty cool because I could use everything to practice decorating my Duke keep.
