Meteor shower does not work all the time

    Title: Meteor shower does not work all the time
    Reproduction Rate: 75%?
    Blocker? Maybe for mages
    Details: I cast meteor shower and it doesn't work on enemies most of the time. Might be related to the bug with fire aoes.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast a meteor shower and see how it does not show up as damaging anything within it.
