Details: For two weeks running at the Virtue League, Meteor Shower is doing unreasonable amounts of damage in PvP. This bug was reported and supposedly fixed in R55, but whatever has been fixed seems to have become unfixed again.
Steps to Reproduce: Duel in PvP, cast Meteor Shower, wait for it.

It seems to me that any AoE that can do 500-600 points of damage to a single target is OP to me, no matter what your attunement / opponent's resistance is. According to @Chris, the damage should be similar to Ring of Fire but more variable. I've never seen Ring of Fire more than 100 dps.
