Meteor Shower - Extending the Range?

    Is there a way to extend the Range? The range seems pretty short, and would benefit with range extensions like Fire magic spells. The range doesn't seem to increase with level, and the same regardless of whether its day or night. It would be at least preferable if the range could be extended during the night.

    It would be even cooler if Meteor Shower were enhanced in a way very sensitive to astronomical occurrences. So lets say during a full planetary alignment, you could do 5x the radius and 5x the lunar damage per hit.

    Does Meteor shower gain damage from DEX? haven't had a chance to sign in and test
