Missing Paver recipes? (Giant rough stone paver, Large rough stone paver?)

    Apparently these *used* to be sold by Tania in Solania, but they are not with her anymore. Also, various decoration vendors sell *most* of the paver recipes, but *not* the Giant Rough Stone paver or Large Rough Stone paver recipes... Which perversely are required for most of the recipes that *are* sold there.

    Is this an oversight? Or maybe someone else has found them at a vendor that still sells them? I should hope they were not converted to drops, such that one can buy several recipes that *will not work* and be left unable to buy the key recipes required for them all.

    If anyone knows where to buy these recipes (currently), I would appreciate the knowledge :)
