Missing Pledge Rewards and Add On Items

    We are aware of the issue where some players are missing Pledge Reward and/or Add On Store Items. We now know that the problem seems to be most prevalent for backers who have more than 250 of these items. We hope to deploy a fix tomorrow to address this issue. In the meantime we appreciate your patience.
