    Did you hit the "Claim Rewards" button again? Anytime you get something new from add-on or pledge upgrade you have to claim the new items.

    As you can see I got some of the citizen level items, just not the Citizen deed. * The Basement and wind generator are shows here*

    Received an email from support asking me to bug report it. Which I did first, so posting this to hopefully gain more attention.

    @Attenwood still no lot deed a few days after upgrading, Support said to bug it. Bumping this again.. need a resolution, had another upgrade in mind, but not doing it till this is corrected thanks ^^
