Monthly Release Fishing Contests

As you all know, or not, we have a new category which is PVP since R106. But only 1 person submitted a fish. Just a reminider, that we have nice trophies for this category. check them out.

 

This one is funny, Asmo sent me 1k cotos to continue Brave coast. I had to remind him that he already sent me 4k cotos couple weeks ago... which he totally forgot. gotta love whiskey.

 

Here are the winners for the R106 monthly fishing contest



For PVE

Gratz to Alejandro Destiny with a Large king salmon of 2.428. He wins 5k cotos and a large first palce golden trophy.
Second place goes to Gaumarol Sternenfeuer with a king salmon of 2.413. he wins a large silver trophy and 1k cotos
And third place goes to proudfoot underhill with a king salmon of 2.345. he wins a large bronze trophy.

For PVP

D'laein Laclan wins with a Tiger shark of 4.907. He wins 2k cotos with a large First place PVP trophy.

Hello Anglers,

R108 will be Fetid. Now R109 should be fresh water, but since R109 will be around 6 weeks long, we will be skipping it and Go for salt. So fresh Water will be back for R111.
Of course, if you all want to be fishing king salmon for 6 weeks, let me know and ill change my mind.

dumb question but what if i sponsored my dungeon for lava for a release. there is plenty of fishing space in there

 

Sorry for the delay, i have my feet in the sands of mexico. You can sponsor lava, just tell me when you are ready, but i would wait for R109, since R108 is a short one.

 

Is that because only 1 participated or did others try and were stopped by PVP?

 

There's plenty of anglers during Asmodi's PVP fishing events and PVP zones are pretty quiet at other times, either anglers were unaware of the new PVP event/forget to submit their fish, knew of the size of the shark caught and were sufficiently deterred from spending more time on the PVP event rather than the fresh water event with a nice second place prize or some combination thereof.

Gratz to Olympe with a 5.285 Large tiger shark, he wins 5000 and a large gold trophy.
Dorn slate gaved nightmares to olympe with a large tiger shark of 5.148. he wins 2000 cotos and a large silver trophy
Finally, gaumarol gets third place with a tiger shark of 4.819. he wins a large bronze trophy.

For PVP, Carpe Noctem nails it with a tiger shark of 4.066. he wins 2000 cotos and a large pvp Shard trophy. Alejandro and d'laein lachlan, wins second and third places. they get large shard trophies accordingly.

It as come to my attention that Arlia as yet to be switched to Fetid. It should be done soon, as the governor is moving IRL. So you can still fish in the others registered POT's until it is done.
