Moving Overworld POTs?

    I have a quick question that I couldn't readily find the answer to by searching:

    If someone were to acquire a POT with overworld access (obviously not through the store, but rather by obtaining it from another account), could that POT be theoretically moved, still?

    Obviously this question could be answered by sending an email to Portalarium, but I figured that this question has to have been asked sometime after the overworld-230-lockdown... and I'd like to avoid bugging their support staff.

    Yes, it can. All the owner need do is update the submission form. None of the forms are final, and can be changed at will until release. After release, any changes could incur a cost.
