Mushroom "chairs" drop rates............ grrrrrr

Ok, so now that we have "mushroom chairs" as "drops" - I have a question.

In the R53 QA, I got a "mushroom chair" on my first Amanita shroom kill.

In R53 live, I've gotten one "chair" off a Corrupted Elf in Blood River Outskirts.

I've heard (from reliable/semi reliable sources) that the tougher the shroom, the higher the drop rate.

I need more "mushroom chairs" and would appreciate some reliable feedback on their droprates on misc stuff.


Edit: Oh, and @Chris .... These aren't game changers, they're DECO.
Please increase the spawn rate accordingly.........

 

I haven't found a single one yet, and killed over 100 enemies.

 

i've gotten seven, only off giant ones.

 

Where are the "Giant" ones ?

How much do they sell for? Have been trying to get a price check but no one seems to know.

 

That's because they're in very short supply, given the abysmal drop rate.
You'd think they were a necklace of super bad-ass as rare as they seem to be.
I've personally spent several hours in Blood River Outskirts (which seems to have the greatest drop rate) and have found only one so far.....
"Cmon Chris, give us a break on a DECO item......

 

I've gotten a total of four chairs. 1 of these was off an 'amanita' and 3 were off 'corrupted elves' all in blood river outskirts. I've not found a high enough shroom concentration elsewhere to be worth farming considering the drop rate - I tried upper fortus, north shattered hills, etc. I agree the drop rate could be a lot higher, or, here's an idea ....have the mushrooms drop spores and let us grow/craft the silly chairs. That's be kinda a cool application too, put spores in planter, and some time later, harvest furniture ^.^ Or maybe you have to grow them underground in a basement....

 

Increase the drop rate for this DECO item, and for cripes sake, give us a dang mushroom TABLE to go with the chairs .......... @DarkStarr

I got the three color ones (red, blue and green) today, I guess lucky rng

Also I think the type of mushroom does not matter, the blue and red ones droped from same mushroom.

Lower drop rate will be just like artifacts. It won't remain rare, it will just take time to propogate from rare to common like many new released items. If you "gotta have it first" you'll have to pay for it first or find it first

 

Middle downs, Ruined Keep, Spindrift Passage. I did not see any higher drop rate from giant ones.

 

@Alley Oop Do you know why none of these shows any chairs dropping? Is it because it only updates daily and none have dropped today, or is it just so rare that it doesn't rate being on the list at all or what?

seen 4 in Brit Mart for 7000 each, did buy those

 

Did you try paladis shardfall

Or corrupted skeletons

 

On the other hand

If it is rare and in demand:

More experienced players will hang out in starter scene.

New players will be able to randomly get worthwhile loot.


... Sounds like a good trade off
