Need ability to abort actions

Last night, I accidentally hit the wrong key and started quaffing a health potion instead of opening my inventor (9 vs I). Unfortunately, even though it takes a few seconds to consume, nothing I tried would abort the process. There really needs to be a way to stop an action part way through.

Same for accidentally tapping the Swap Deck key. If I accidentally hit that during combat, I might as well start running for the ankh. Maybe something like the discard key for glyphs can discard the current action/cast.

 

You can interrupt actions by hitting ESC.

 

Yes @Mishikal you can press Esc key to cancel actions. However I find it will also clear the current target.

What we really need is the ability to pin our current target.
