Nefas quest in Ardoris - didn't get reward - maybe lost flag for killing Nefas?

Detailsefeated several cabalists, including: Nefas, Corpus, Indigno, Tenma - stopped by Ardoris per the journal entry I received after killing the cabalists to report to the caretaker, and said "Nefas" - which then has dialog which seems to indicate you need to defeat all 4 of the cabalists the NPC named - however, the journal entry (and perhaps the flag for killing Nefas ?) disappeared - but now a new journal entry appeared saying to defeat all 4..
