Title: Nested POT transition to PVP Underground - cancel, then not able to try again
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
Details: Click on POT Underground marker to go into an Underground POT PVP Scene. It prompts Continue Yes/No, if say no, it cancels. But, it does not highlight green again to try again. So I have to leave the scene and come back to get the marker to work again. Suggest when cancelled, it should not deactivate the marker, so we can try again if we want.
Steps to Reproduce: Click a POT Underground marker to a PVP scene - may happen for any marker to a POT PVP scene, basement, etc. not sure. Cancel. Then try to use again. Cannot. Leave scene, come back, and the marker works again.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz (4) System RAM: 8044
GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family GPU RAM: 1128
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.502.Date.11.08.16
    Area: POT_grassland_metropolis_01_template/Tenakill
    Area Display Name: Tenakill
    Loc: (152.1, 41.2, -89.2)

This is maybe an old bug; I can't imagine it works by design. I did not test other PVP markers for basements, etc. Cancel should not disable the marker from being used again immediately. I was not ready to enter the PVP area, so I cancelled. Then when ready, I could not use it.

This also occurs with Boats on the overland that go to pvp scenes, such as Verdantis Shardfall. Submitted for review. Thanks for reporting.
