New Dragon Mechanics Nerfs all Melle

    Before this new mechanic was introduced, melle were already the slowest class to solo farm this boss. Now that this mechanic is added, melle seems to be undesirable to sota, in any way or form.

    For Years Mages have always been the go to class. Why is it that this change would be made, it affects melles too to hard. We already deal with the Phoenix being up in the air , for extended periods of time. Range, having no problem. Fire damage from a dragon is nothing, so i dont get the idea.

    Weird.. when I try killing bosses as a mage with spells it's slow as hell.

    Yes. It's a terrible world in which you can solo a boss level mob....too slowly....

    Buff bosses by 1000% so this nonsense everyone can solo everything finally stops....

    *sigh* i knew someone would take this word "everyone" wrongly.
    You know what i mean, pretty much everyone in the higher levels.
    And the number of players who can do it increases rapidly.

    Bosses, expecially dragons are being farmed heavinly.
    All bosses are just way too simple.
    At some point it becomes so easy that you basically can fall asleep while killing a dragon.

    Now the new locked stack glyph thing made it even easier.
    Create a locked buff deck with the longest lasting buffs, then switch to your combat deck and you are good to go.

    The AI and difficulty in this game is so basic it is just sad...
    Add to this the dumb "mode" switching to kill even more bosses and it becomes even more sad...

    Whatever, this game is totally unbalanced as of now.

    and when has there been balance?
    I believe that it always comes down to how good testers and balance team game company has.
    How good they are at executing and figuring out things. If they're average or below average players it's impossible for them to do their job. Im excited what they can pull of when they actually start focusing on things like that in upcomming patches.

    Doesn't matter is it a boss or something else. It will always be too hard for someone and too easy for the other guy. Its not easy to balance things for everyone. If they do what WoW did. Make everything so easy that a 3old thats learning how to use keyboard n mouse can "beat the game". Im burning my sota copy.

    hehehe, how about HOUSE DECORATING SIMULATOR?

    Just to make it clear, i farm bosses all the time too.
    But SotA is kind of the first mmo where bosses are not real bosses, rather just random higher level mobs with a little bit more hp than the normal mobs you find in regular Zones.
    Either make them true bosses so a group actually is needed or just don't call them bosses at all, because they clearly aren't.

    And WoW... even in WoW bosses were harder after each new raid instance release.
    I mean, in WoW you couldn't solo every single boss, that was just totally impossible.

    So far, the "bosses" in SotA are just super ultra easy, absolutely no skill required so that a 3 year old could do it.
    Wait, you say... nahh a 3 year old can't do it!!! impossible!!!
    I say BS!!! Just buff up to 90%+ avoid and tell your 3 year old to constantly and randomly smash the keys on the keyboard 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 0, it just doesn't really matter!
    Wow, super hard, you can even do it just blind!

    I have to say that there's still many ways to affect their behavior. Movement affects them when their in the air. Skills with CC alter / stop their behavior/action they were going to do.
    Playing instruments aggro them from far. Mid fight can be used to alter their behavior. Strafing them at super sonic speed alters their behavior.
    There's even more just cant remember everything at once.
    It just aint right if it should be fixed already ^_^

    They're called raid bosses for a reason. :) As far as i've been told were getting one aswell

    "tell your 3 year old"

    Yeah execution wise he could do it. He would just never find the boss xD

    Yeah right :p, just place your toon at the Daemon room and let your 3 year old play, problem solved.

    And about WoW, not all bosses there are called "raid bosses".
    Many group dungeons just had "bosses".

    Don't get me wrong, i am absolutely cool to have bosses ingame that are soloable.

    But if you can solo everything then something is just completly wrong.

    Dude i've soloed the mech dragon too. What is your point? Honestly. It just kills me

    If you dont play the content, dont comment on it!

    So you post on a dragon who isnt freakin flying for 30 seconds to 1 min every 20 seconds, is just a troll

    *Fixed already* was in response to them not doing melee combat properly. I did not say the dragon is fighting "as we want him to for the final game".

    Also, thanks for the feedback about how they their behavior can be broken.
