New Loot Weapons, some enchantable some not

    So looking at all of the loot weapons like elven this, or Norgard that. Some of the weapons you can enchant and some of them you can't. Was this by design or should I bug report it?

    Is not just the CRAFTED stuff just enchantable ?

    No. I personally enchanted and masterworked a regular staff, which I took from some wizard (or bought?). The point is that it was not crafted.
