No Cooldown for flame fist

    Have "Flame Fist" in my first slot (not locked, but the slot does not matter) and can cast it as often as focus lasts (10x per second when I am fast) - the glyph does not disappear, no cooldown (other skills work properly).
    The gylph will only disappear after the normal timeout (like unused).

    As an update: some skills are impacted (like Double Slash), but most are not
