[Not a bug] Samael Not Present In Crypt Of The Avatar But Engaging In Dialog

Samael the spirit talker was not present during my conversation with the Warmaiden of Midras, yet he interjected in the conversation.

 

He is part of the conversation regardless of if you leave him somewhere, otherwise the conversation will not complete.

 

Conversation ends with:

?SAMAEL?: (to you) And the moment of her lucidity passes. But we have learned something. Someone is calling the dead to Malice. I do not think we could have a clearer description of our next step. It seems we the living are being called there as well. I fear what we may find. Speak to me and I will discuss our next step.

And because Samael is not present he cannot be clicked, so you cannot speak to him to discuss the next step.

 

He needs to be spoken with to progress the quest. I have checked and he does spawn in the scene. If you have him as a companion you may need to summon him.
