NPC Book merchant in Brittany?

If anyone has found one, let me know... I've walked around the main city center and haven't seen any. There isn't on on the upper floors of the bank building.

I kind of think its important to have one somewhere in the area, just so we can have someone that's selling maps. New players are going to want to purchase maps, and shouldn't have to rely on vendors. But its also important to have a source of paper, blank books, etc.

 

I've been exploring Britanny looking for one myself. Especially now that Noreach has changed and no longer has one either that I can find.
