Title: Nyssa can walk away and quest fails
    Blocker: No
    Repro Rate: 100%
Details: After talking to Nyssa and telling her you have news for her, the quest item window opens and you are supposed to give her the letter. With the window open, Nyssa might walk away from you and the window closes. At this point the quest completes. You get the quest rewards and Nyssa tells you that it's ok you lost the letter.
    Steps:
    - get the Hobart letter
    - go to Soltown and talk to Nyssa
    - tell her you have news
    - the quest item window should open
    - you put the letter in the window

If at this point Nyssa walks away, the quest will fail (as if you hit the cancel button, even if you didn't hit it)

    Build: 377

Are you using Conversation mode (conversation closeups enabled)?

We can't stop NPCs from wandering around idly when that is deactivated.

I wasn't using conversation mode, I prefer to not have that zoomed in feeling.

While you might not be able to stop them from moving about, would it be possible to tie the quest completion to someone actually pushing the cancel button. If the window just closes, couldn't the quest stay active?

No because the window closing is the same as the cancel action.
