Open PVP Open PVP is everywhere. Open PVP means anyone can enter a PVP scene and become dynamically flagged for Open PVP for as long as they remain in the scene. For the even more adventurous, open world PVP is possible by requesting a persistent PVP flag from the Oracle. I hope the best for what you are trying However I think there are many things right now that are hindering pvp. First of all is lag. No one will pvp with lag or if they do they will not fare well. I can only play in single player or friends right now because of it. Another thing is meaningful pvp. PvP needs to have something to fight over. It needs reasons. Yes its easy to go out and just kill people randomly, but it gets old. There needs to be some kind of conquest, some kind of reward other than loot. The ransom system is the exact same thing as insurance in my view. People will just give you gold. So we need a faction system and/or a good guild war system that creates conflict and meaning to make people passionate about pvp. The game is in the early stages yet and we need to give the feedback to the devs to help bolster pvp. I again applaud your efforts on trying to help. I just cannot participate in pvp right now as I end up in perma stun from lag and get booted.
Its coming, they said in the telethon that were getting "buccs den" (name to be decided no doubt involving speaking to some lawyers) which will be open pvp npc town and underneath it will be the fall and other underground open pvp areas.
