/OpenUmbrella not working

Title: /OpenUmbrella not working

Details:
- I placed the umbrella onto my paperdoll
- I opened the emote menu
- I double-clicked the /OpenUmbrella emote
- In my chat window it says "Raven Swiftbow opens the umbrella"
- But it's not open

Steps to Reproduce: Try equipping an umbrella and opening it

OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16299
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016
SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.497.Date.10.27.16
Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01a_template/Falling Waters Fortress

Seems to only be working properly for male avatars.. It still doesn't work for me after downloading patch 499.
