Oracle not talking but the mouth moves

Log in this morning to talk to the Oracle. the head acts like it is talking but nothing in the chat window. checked chat options and all boxes are checked. This is new from last night.

I see you *do* have the latest update installed (thank you for using the /bug command to capture that!). Bug entered!

 

It still isn't talking to me but is talking to other guild members. I don't think it likes me.

This morning I woke in the Oracle building on Rift's End where I reside. The Oracle pulled it's I have Laryngitis trick this morning. I went back to Brit Central and this Oracle was kind enough to talk to me.
So maybe it is POT Oracles that are sick?

 

Can confirm having the same problem.

Midnight roll over for timer does not seem to be working. I visited the Oracle last night about 8 PM EST. This morning at not yet 7 AM I am told it is too soon.
