Overworld map, Marker?

    The overworld map seems confused.

    1)
    I got the "Tell Kelly all is forgiven" quest which leads from Braemar to Owl´s Nest.
    However while wandering over the map I noticed that quite a lot of cities are marked blue - e.g. Brittany and the text over Brittany is Task: Tell Kelly all is forgiven

    On Hidden Vale nothing is marked, where the "Tell Kelly all is forgiven" marker ought to be over Owl´s Nest...

    2) I got the Grand Tour quest and visited a few of the places, some not yet.
    Etceter correctly is marked blue and states "Task: Grand Tour Etceter"
    however Xenos states: "Task: Grand Tour Etceter", too?
