Patch 963 Notes?

    Where are the QA patch notes? Its difficult for us to test things without Re-Testing all the bugs we've reported over and over without any patch notes. I see a forum post was created on the first of last month yet has not had a single patch note created in it.

    If you click on the "Read patch notes" button on the QA launcher it takes you to the live patch notes address, which incidentally is not even up to date.
