Path of courage - SPOILER! the door to Grannus in Valhold

1. Title:Can't enter castle of Grannus. The guards don't open.
   
2. Reproduction Rate:100% I tried a lot of times and all words ...
   
3. Blocker? no entry - no ending of the path of courage
   
4. Details: After talking to the guards and double clicking the door the message "You must speak to the guards" appears. Well, I did the time warp again No chance to enter.
   Important: I received the amulet of Brigid before R38!
   
5. Steps to Reproduce:You have the amulet of testimony from Brigid, travel to Valhold (over Harvest) and stand infront of the castle. Guard says: If for some reason you wish to see King Grannus you are free to do so. His throne room is ...

As told here before from others: the word "hail" doesn't work, too...

I go to the door and the guards say I can go in so I double click the door and it is working so far.

Yeah I was able to finish courage in QA last month. Also did again in QA tonight. XP reward is same as Love Quest.

thank you for your information. I just tried again and receive the message, I have to speak to the guards first.
Another question: Is there something you've done after receiving the amulet from Brigid before going to Valhold?

 

I would make sure the journal says to go to Valhold. Whenever I go there they tell me I can go in and then I double click on the door. I also used Hail and that got me in a prior release.

I am only as far as taking the warrant to Ferig and then having to speak to Essen to move on to Demig's part of the quest on the Live server. Maybe there is a way to start it over like the Love quest part in Malice?

 

In the dialouge the Guards also tell me I can go in ...

The Journey entry (9/28/2016) reads:
Knight-Captain Brigid, moved by the sacrifice of Gawain, gave me her amulet of testimony, and bade me press it in the hand of Grannus, titan of Courage and King of Norgard, in his court in Valhold. My first step is to journey north to the village of Harvest and hire a boat to take me to Norgard.

I did not enter Harvest, I just set over with the boat.
May be it is necessary to talk to someone in Harvest?

 

Shame on me: The Amulet of Bridget wasn't in my inventory
With the Amulet of Bridget I could enter!

Odd Cause i have the amulet in my inventory, I tell the guard i have the amulet and he says i can enter Valhold palace, but the doors still wont open. Another player in my group did the same and had no problem entering. I have left the zone several times, logged out and back in, and still I can not gain access to the palace
