    Hear ye! PayPal doth have some issues.

    We've been experiencing some intermittent weirdness with PayPal recently. There's an open support ticket with them and it will hopefully be resolved soon. In the meantime, PayPal will sometimes work, sometimes not. Please feel free to reply to this thread and tell us what time your payment failed. (no other information is necessary)

    Also, please feel free to direct other PayPal related threads here.

    We hope to have this resolved soon.

    Had a problem with upgrading my pledge yesterday, I told Darkstart about it. I think it said it had something to do with the seller email. Hope you guys fix it! :)

    Seems you can tell if it's going to work or not depending on the layout of the PayPal screen you get. Just tried paying (pretending) 3 different times and got 2 different screens.

    Maybe it's a quest test!

    I just got a mail through from paypal saying my automatic payment failed and to contact portalarium to make payment. My subscription has been set up for a while though.

    Payment failed 26 Nov 2013 mail recieved 12:53 GMT

    Although the payment should have been made on 16th November /headscratch

    Use support@portalarium.com and send them a note. There are lots of scam emails concerning PayPal. Best to check with Portalarium to have them check your payment status on their end.

    Its ok, it was legit as Rustic Dragon mentioned in the start of the thread. Portalarium cancelled my plan and I've set it up again.

    Should be nearly instant. Every time I pledge with Paypal what I pledged showed up right away.

    if you got the email it should be already on your account... check your email and see if you got the thank you message

    My paypal pledge failed. I put the transaction through and got a confirmation screen on the SotA website but the pledge never showed up. I check paypal and there was no record of a transaction or even attempted transaction. Send an email to support but I got impatient and resubmitted my pledge on a credit card. That transaction went through right away and my pledge showed up. Weird. Support came back and said they didn't see any paypal transaction.
