Plains Encounter - no exit/past zone edge

    Title: past Plains Encounter zone boundary
    Reproduction Rate: unknown

    Details: I was walking to exit scene, got the Novia message and started to fade to black, but scene stayed and ended up way past the normal zone boundary. So I stared this bug report. I ran towards the normal zone and I zoned out to Novia.
