    Hello All,

    I am the new leader of a Crossroads Village and am still developing the history, makeup and vision for the town. I'm a gluten for punishment and made this little tool in excel that might help others plan their town, track value, etc. If it helps, someone else, my efforts are doubly rewarded. Good luck out there, and I hope you end up visiting my town...once I lay the first stone.
