Please hide tooltips when GUI is toggled off

    This has been an issue in the game for a while, actually; the tooltips that appear when you hover your mouse over an object still show when the GUI is toggled off. It's just a bit more annoying now if you're playing in targeting mode, because you have less control since your reticle can be over an object.

    Messes up screenshotting.
